• Youlgrave Cricket Club All Stars and Dynamo programmes are offered during the summer months.

• Bakewell Fun Run It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock. The event takes place every Saturday, 9.00am, at Hassop Station, Hassop, Bakewell, Derbyshire DE45 1NW.

• Bakewell Golf Club A full programme of events and competitions are arranged. Juniors receive coaching from a PGA professional on 10 nights. Junior members are encouraged to reach recognised standards of proficiency and progress to gain an official CONGU handicap. Once they achieve a CONGU handicap, they are eligible to compete in all club competitions.
